About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

This is a development-focused position requiring solid expertise in JavaScript within D365 CE, advanced customization of Customer Service Workspace (CSW), and experience with Channel Integration Framework (CIF).

This is not a functional consulting role. We are specifically looking for a technical profile comfortable writing and maintaining code in production environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced JavaScript customizations in Dynamics 365 CE.

  • Work extensively with formContext, executionContext, and event handlers (OnLoad, OnChange, Ribbon commands).

  • Build and deploy Web Resources.

  • Customize and extend Customer Service Workspace (CSW).

  • Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations.

  • Integrate external systems via REST APIs.

  • Work with Microsoft APM SDK where required.

  • Ensure clean architecture, performance optimization, and system stability.

  • Collaborate within Agile teams using Jira and CI/CD practices.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

  • Proven experience developing JavaScript inside D365 CE.

  • Experience customizing Customer Service Workspace (CSW).

  • Experience implementing Channel Integration Framework (CIF).

  • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical implementations.

  • English level B1+.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript.

  • Experience integrating CTI / Softphone solutions.

  • Advanced D365 customization experience.
