Your role
As a Product specialist you are responsible for customer contact and providing optimal support before, during and after the use of our mRNA and/or LNP technology. You can convey your enthusiasm about the potential of mRNA, share your knowledge and you are able to communicate with the client at a high level as part of the consultative selling process. You will identify customer needs and suggest the appropriate products and/or services.
As the primary point of contact for the customer, you represent the company, acquire new leads, compose quotes, and build long lasting relationships to guide clients in the successful use of our mRNA from first experiment towards GMP-grade.
You align internally with the production team and scientists and handle the shipment. In this way, you are involved in the entire process, from the first contact to after-sales and everything in between. In addition, you monitor market trends and competitors’ products, and support marketing in the creation of promotional materials.

Who are we looking for?
You have the following knowledge and experience:
- Master/PhD degree in life science or similar, with substantive knowledge of molecular biological techniques (experience with mRNA and/or delivery techniques is a pre).
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Fluency in English, second or third language a pre.
- Entrepreneurship, seeing and taking opportunities.
- Strives to provide a high level of quality using efficient working methods and motivated to meet targets.
- Win or learn mentality.
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting team player.
