As the Human Resources Administrative Support Employee, your primary responsibilities will center around executing a variety of tasks associated with the Redundancy Plan.
Your role will include:
- Draft necessary letters, including settlement agreements, and other relevant documentation.
- Create and uphold the Redundancy Plan Base File, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Process returned settlement agreements and internal reassignment letters, which includes:
- Updating the Base File.
- Scanning and electronically archiving documents.
- Managing updates in AFAS and Workday.
- Handle education requests and manage declarations related to:
- Legal fees
- Travel expenses
- Education costs
- Maintain the Severance Reporting Tool file for Finance to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Outplacement Support – coordinate LHH registrations for the outplacement program.
- Provide assistance to redundant employees by answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
- Experience in handling confidential data with discretion and integrity.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in task organization and prioritization.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems such as AFAS and Workday is an advantage.
