As the Human Resources Administrative Support Employee, your primary responsibilities will center around executing a variety of tasks associated with the Redundancy Plan.

Your role will include:

  • Draft necessary letters, including settlement agreements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Create and uphold the Redundancy Plan Base File, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Process returned settlement agreements and internal reassignment letters, which includes:
    • Updating the Base File.
    • Scanning and electronically archiving documents.
    • Managing updates in AFAS and Workday.
  • Handle education requests and manage declarations related to:
    • Legal fees
    • Travel expenses
    • Education costs
  • Maintain the Severance Reporting Tool file for Finance to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Outplacement Support – coordinate LHH registrations for the outplacement program.
  • Provide assistance to redundant employees by answering their questions and addressing their concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
  • Experience in handling confidential data with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in task organization and prioritization.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems such as AFAS and Workday is an advantage.
