You will report into the Director Third Party Risk, Compliance & ESG and will be responsible for supporting the data analysis and data cleansing activities for Global Procurement and Compliance Teams. Responsibilities will include extracting data from multiple business systems, comparing data, analyzing gaps, data harmonization and uploads to relevant tools, creation of dashboards, communication with stakeholders managing the databases.
For this internship, we are looking for a candidate that can start in as soon as possible, for up to 6 months, as mutually agreed upon. Successful candidate must live in traveling distance to the Oss location in the Netherlands.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the GPSM Operational Excellence Team, Global Procurement and Compliance teams, Business Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders across the globe.
- Ensuring the availability and quality of data required for uploads in respective tools.
- Executing data cleansing with the use of different data management systems.
- Preparing data for uploads in xls files.
- Maintenance of Power BI Dashboards.
- Creation of data cleansing guidelines and manuals.
- Support with project management activities.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Current student in data management or technical business administration.
- Your skills in English language are excellent.
- Skills in xls data mapping and other data management tools.
- You are persistent in collecting required information and you can execute in-depth evaluation and analysis.
- You would like to be part of an internationally diverse team and you can work cross-functionally with a remote team.
- You are looking for an internship assignment where you get the space for your own initiative.
- Independent and self-organized because we do not work from the office every day.
